Adiuvat will seek to achieve its objective by primarily locating, analyzing and investing in new, as well as established growth-orientated companies, private or publicly listed, in high growth emerging markets and frontier markets, as well as into fixed income high yield debt instruments, such as Medium Term Notes.
The investment philosophy and focus is geared towards value creation by investing into good growth prospective enterprises with strong management teams. Our investment selection involves both a technical and quantitative analysis. On the long side, the fund will focus on emerging and frontier markets which are mainly capital growth oriented as well as high yield fixed income worldwide. Adiuvat believes that these markets are yet to be tapped, and that a well-conceived investment process can generate superior risk adjusted returns.
